Disclosures in Research Reports
1. Ownership & Material Conflicts of Interest
"Trade Care Research" or any of its associates or fellow research analysts discloses all material information about itself including business activity, disciplinary history, terms and conditions of offering research reports, details of associates, and necessary investment decision inputs.
- Whether "Trade Care Research", associates, or relatives have any financial interest in the subject company.
- Whether actual/beneficial ownership of 1% or more securities of the subject company is held at the end of the preceding month.
- Whether any other material conflict of interest exists at the time of publication or public appearance.
2. Receipt of Compensation
Disclosure regarding compensation received from subject companies in the past 12 months for investment banking, merchant banking, brokerage services, or third-party sponsorship connected with research reports.
3. Public Media & Rating System
Rating systems employed must clearly define rating meanings, benchmarks, and time horizons. When price targets/ratings are assigned, closing price graphs for up to 3 years are disclosed.
4. General Responsibility & Records Maintenance
An arms-length relationship is maintained between research activity and other activities. All research reports, recommendations, rationales, and public appearance records are preserved for a minimum period of 5 years. Annual audits are conducted by qualified Chartered Accountants / Company Secretaries.
